Flushing, NY

This is a very unorganized understaffed and small McDonald's. I had to wait 15 minutes for a big breakfast. And they didn't even have scrambled eggs and they had to substitute egg from a McMuffin into the big breakfast

Flushing, NY

I don't like rating fast food chains because they are basically unhealthy, boring, repetitive, and low-quality food. Basic service (nor friendly nor rude), plenty of seatings and the crowd was like 90% Asian (yeah I know it's Flushing DUH!!) people in their mid 40-50s. I'm guessing they came here for coffee after church service or something. The only reason I came here was because there weren't any space left to accomodate 5 of us in the Paris Baguette located at the strip mall just across this place. Other than that, meh~ boring

Flushing, NY

It is run by kids. These kids are quite good! Yes, they do get overwhelmed during peak hours but it isn't too bad at all! Listen, there are old Asian folk who pay with sometimes thirteen pennies. I'm not kidding, there will be thirteen pennies to count out. Of course that would slow things down.

McDonald's? 4 stars? I know.....I wouldn't normally review a fast-food chain BUT it is a guilty pleasure of mine and this McDonald's is like none other. Seriously. I missed the talking trash can that the first Yelper mentioned (will definitely have to go back for that) but this is seriously the nicest McDonald's I've ever seen. I went there on Valentine's Day for a McFlurry (because that's how my classy friends and I roll) and was amazed with the decor. It kind of reminded me of my college cafeteria (in a good way) with cozy booths and semi funky furniture. The place was super clean and a lot bigger than it looks when you walk in. To top it off their prices are a little lower than some other McDonald's in Manhattan (I'm kind of embarrassed that I even know that). If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

If I could give no stars I would. I started not to eat here after seeing their pending grade from the health dept. Now with the new scoring system, I find myself not eating at places without an A. The lines were very long at this location, and the tourist don't make things any better. While sitting down to eat I saw a huge ROACH crawling up the wall next to me. It looked mutated with missing legs and extra antennas. I took a few pictures and a video of the crawler to show the manager/corporate. I completely lost my appetite. I waited a few minutes to speak with management but the lines were too long, and I did not want to miss my play. I eat from mcdonalds/burger king/wendys 3-5 times a year. After this I don't think I will eat fast food for a very VERY long time. :(

I was enjoying my sandwich on the late Tuesday night around 4:30am of October 25th, when I witnessed the worst case of customer service and conflict resolution by restaurant staff I have seen in my entire life. The course of events: A couple went into the bathroom together, the manager screamed at the security guy to get them out of there, he then knocked while simultaneously opening the door as if to catch them in some act to find the guy taking a pee and then CONTINUED to hold the door wide open while yelling at them to get out. The staff then refused to acknowledge the serious intrusion of privacy, and then called three cop cars to deal with the couple instead offer a simple apology. I know that the 5am staff on a Tuesday can't be too happy about their work schedule, but if a restaurant is unable to hire reasonable staff that respect the customers and maintain McDonalds well recognized brand, they should not be open at night at all. I like McDonald's food and it is very convenient in the city, but I am so disgusted by the explosive anger and disrespect shown by McDonalds staff I don't think care to ever eat there again.

Worst. McDonald's. Ever. I don't look to McD's for exceptional food, but I do turn to the golden arches when I want speedy service, a selection of standard items and some hot, salty fries. At this craptastic location you will get: ... service so slow you might get lucky and have two people drop out of line while you wait. Or you might get to watch one of four employees munch on fries while staring listlessly at the growing line of customers. ... inventory so mismanaged they were out of both Sweet Tea and bbq sauce... IN HARLEM. ... equipment so broken only one register was working, and it broke while I was paying. ... employees who will argue with you that the basics of math are just WRONG. ($20 - $6.74 = $13 according to them, the manager even broke out a calculator to show me. Awkward.) ... patrons who get into fights while waiting on line, and staff that will do nothing about it. ... a facility so dirty that there were multiple sauce tops stuck to the window at the register, that no staff person had taken the second to peel off. All in all, if I only had two letters to describe this McD's, they would be EW.

What can I say? Sometimes you're just in the mood for some McDonalds chicken nuggets and fries, or the excellent sausage biscuit if you can wake yourself up early enough in the morning. One great advantage to this location is that it's open 24 hours, so it makes a perfect stop at the end of a night of partying. Do be warned that there can actually be a decently long line on weekends, beginning around 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM, more a function of sloooow service though, although I'm sure it doesn't make sense to keep the restaurant fully staffed just to meet the 2:00 AM drunk rush. Inside, you'll find you're typical 80's / 90's pastel pink and turquoise MCDonald's with a weird fusion of some of their modern McCafe design touches. That and the creepy Ronald statue sitting on the bench facing the door... Come for the Mcnuggets, stay for the frightening clown statue.

pretty much my least favorite mcdonalds ever. ugh.

This McDonald's is the worst of any I have ever been to. I do not have high expectations when visiting a McDonald's but this location could not even meet those. I'm just going to bullet the main points that forced me to give this location 1 star:

*The 2nd floor was roped off leaving only the four small tables on the first floor (albeit that I was there at 9PM, I have been here before during the day and the 2nd floor was still closed) *The floors were filthy. *I ordered a McChicken from the DOLLAR Menu, but it cost $1.49. So I changed to a McDouble from the DOLLAR Menu that cost $1.09. If you can't stick with the DOLLAR concept than redesign your menu, you billionaire corporation. *The ketchup packets that were dropped into my takeout bag were leaking and stuck together. *The only thing that I can say good about this location was that the food was the same old average McDonalds food. Really, how can anybody mess that up. But because I couldn't eat it inside the restaurant, it was cold by the time I got home to eat it.

just went to this McDonald's feeling like some their fries. I had to toss the fries away. the fries has no taste and it's cold. It seems that it has been sitting there for hours. you would think the would serve you some fresh cooked fries. Hate the food. my boy friend asked for Angus burger with onion only. I guess when you ask 'only' it means they only give you meat patti with whatever the only is. where's the bacon and cheese? told my boyfriend next time must ask for everything without ketchup, mustard, and pickles. there should be a rule that MacDonald can't serve old fries. if the fries has been sitting in the burner for more than 20mins it should be tossed. god I hate to not getting what I want.

Omg is McDs kidding? Okay, the only plus is the new "Shamrock Shake". Its tasty and makes me think of my great grandma who was Irish...no, i dont look Irish...get over it, smh... Now, the ultimate no-no of any restaurant, fast or slow, is the bathroom. (I really hate writing about my potty time, ugh) Why oh why powers that be, burger powers that is, is there no TOILET SEAT on the toilet, and the handicapped stall at that? Excuse me but isnt that gross? I used sanitizer twice, covered with tissue three times. I could have fallen in and drowned...okay too much drama but Come On! this deserves drama! This McDonalds is always busy and Home Depot is a mile away! Does this really need Obama approval? Was the last seat made of gold? Or did it have to be chisled out of Mt Rushmore (marble...more drama)? I had to take a pic, with my receipt as proof that i have BEEN there and didnt want to DONE that! For shame Ronald and for shame Donald today this was not my kinda place....

The best thing about this mcdonalds is its breakfast. The eggs actually have a poached feel to them and the sausage is never overly hard.

So, as all say, mcdonalds is a long lived fad but it pays to find the ones that make it bearable to eat their food!

OK, so I know you're not supposed to review chains, blah blah blah, but this one takes the cake. Or rather the grossest cake known to man. This is the dirtiest, scariest, sketchiest, nastiest, everythingest McD's EVA. I was always genuinely frightened of it, and I still am! How gross is this place, you ask? Bums won't even sleep in that. now that's impressively gross.

Never would I have imagined that I would give McDonald's such a low rating. But fear not, it's just this location that I can't deal with. You may think that the food tastes the same at all locations but that is not the case. The chicken McNuggets here are about a week old and stale. Gross.
The ONE time I convince my husband to eat Mcdonald's for dinner, they don't bring their A-game. WTF.

We accidentally stumbled into this place after spending too much time in a bar around the corner. The 24 hour sign had mislead us and what seemed to be a curse (they were closed), turned out to be a blessing.
So anyway, as I said, we wanted to go in, and some dude outside told us that they were currently not serving but cleaning. My friend tries to go in (He really wanted that chicken sandwhich!), but the place is deserted. So we stand outside for another minute and another dude comes out saying they are currently taking care of a rat problem.
Ewwww!!!!

An 8 minute wait for 2 Egg McMuffins w/ Cheese at 8:25am on a Weekday is unacceptable! Given that this is the Financial District, everything must be presented on demand. Sure, we can accept a 4 minute wait time but 8 is pushing it.
1 extra star for serving 2 Egg McMuffins w/ Cheese for just $3.00 ($3.26 after tax).
Of course... The following dialog with an employee at this establishment makes me question whether or not to return...
Chun: May I have some Ketchup Packets *Hands over 2 Ketchup Packets) Employee: Here You Go Chun: May I have a few more, possibly 3? Employee: 1 Ketchup Packet for 1 Sandwich *Looks in astonishment as this debate is about KETCHUP Chun: Nevermind, Thanks...
Thanks to you, I now have a bottle of Low Sodium Heinz Ketchup stationed in my cubicle. Everyone knows you can never have enough Ketchup!
Notes on McDonald's: - 2 Egg McMuffins w/ Cheese for $3.00 - Always Crowded! Be prepared to wait

Ac not working very dirty

The lunch crunch wasn't bad at all. Very short wait for Shamrock shake

They deliver.
No, not nutritionally, but they'll actually schlepp your order to buildings nearby. Where else have you seen that?
If you decide to host a wedding here, there's 200 seats to be had, and the food's cheap. Your guests might me confused, but whatever. If Uncle Frank decides he wants chicken instead of fish, their kitchen will crank out his order fast no matter the time of day.
