I finally caved in. I broke my 4 year abstinence from McDonald's today. There was something about those sexy, sparkling golden arches today that tempted me to pull inside the drive through as I was on the way home from work. My co-workers would make fun of me and my strange (and as I've learned today, a pretty damn irrational) don't-eat-anything-from-McDonalds mentality. But, today, several of them just had to buy those damn chicken nuggets, Filet o fish, golden crispy fries, and an apple pie. The smell permeated the whole office and my mouth instantly salivated. Of course, I had to keep a calm exterior when they presented me the food in front of my face. "No, thank you, " I politely told them as I showed them that I'd be happy with my Maruchan instant teriyaki yakisoba box. But, I was dying inside. I couldn't wait to come back to my 'hood, where no one could see me indulge in my childhood favorites. I got a Filet o Fish, medium fries, and a small strawberry shake and I hurried back home to indulge in privacy, just in case any of my co-workers followed me. I took my first bite of the fish fillet and it was like being a virgin all over again to McDonald's. Why did I give up something that was oh so good?!?! I must be nuts because McDonald's fish fillet is tehh sexxx. Mayo smothered all over that fish fillet in between those two soft buns...it was sooo mmm mmm good. If that's not sexy, I don't know what is! It was just like a crispy fish in a fish taco...only it's in a bun. And it's better! The medium fries were just like I remembered. Nice, crunchy. Brings back old memories. The shake wasn't that bad too. This place is near the Y, so just in case you want to indulge yourself after working out to make up for the pounds you lost, this _is_ the spot. Take my word for it....! ..actually, don't. This was written on April Fool's Day, so you shouldn't. But, I'm still abstinent from McDonald's 4 years and counting...now that's no April Fool's joke.

This McD's does not taste as good as others. The filet o fish was
soggy, the Big Mac had almost no sauce on it and my husband pretty much
banned eating here after getting the quarter pounder.
The fries are good, but the McD's in the WalMart is so much better.

I was initially unsure on how to rate this McDonald's. First, I thought the service was very good. I used a coupon that I got in the mail for a $1.00 Filet-O-Fish and I used a Valentine's Day certificate for a free small ice cream cone. The manager did not even bat an eye when I used them together. I thought that was great. She got my food incredibly fast.
On the other hand, while I was waiting for my food, another customer came up to the counter and complained about his food. He showed the manager that one of his McNuggets was raw. I saw it, and it was definitely pink in the middle. He was very upset and asked for his money back. The manager was apologetic, but I think they could have been more apologetic. They gave his money back to him, and he left. I felt they should have done more because that mistake is a very big deal.
So I give this place 2 stars. Raw fast food is a big deal!

As a mountain resident, I go here quite a bit when I want some comfort food like a fish sandwich or a Big Breakfast or when I just want to look at some folks who don't look pasty white like me and the rest of the people who live in the Tejon Pass. It is clean and convenient. I watched President Obama's State of the Union Speech here because I don't have my own TV.

Those cooks at Mcdonalds sure can cook a mean Fillet o Fish. It was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. Now stay with me here, they paired it with a side of fries. It doesn't seem like it would go together but the salt on the fries worked effortlessly with the tangyness of the tartar sauce.
All that and a small coke, How can you go wrong?

Lunch today was a quickie - Since I had essentially missed breakfast - I knew if I did not not get something to eat before I went over to look at Bars - that I would not be able to concentrate and might hurry my decision or make poor choices.
So I hit the Drive-Thru. In hindsight, I probably should have parked and gone inside. The line of cars waiting in the Drive-Thru was very long. One particular order - two cars ahead of me must have sat at the window for 5 minutes before they handed them their food.
I went for the #10 - the Filet O' Fish meal with a Minute Maid Lemonade.
I note this McDonald's has a 24 hour Drive-Thru.
I wolfed that sucker down in no time!

This McD location was the most generous of them all when it came down to handing out the free McCafe iced Mocha during the Summer. I recall people charging at the employees and walking away with two hands full. Needless to say I was one of those TYVM. BTW, I said no whipped cream, spammit! Fine, I'll add a star for that kickass promotion.
Let me see..5 McNuggets for $1 or 20 for over $5. Hrmm..tough call. Now why would they think you can't do math, especially when you are by Wall St? *boggle*
Their fish fillet here is awful - it's nuked and tastes like rubber afterwards. I hear their Angus burger is decent though.
Do people really write reviews of McDonalds'? Well, this one has a piano so on occasion, this is a live music venue. The food is generally served minutes after ordered which must mean it is all very fresh due to the fact that inventory moves so quickly. The staff here wear brets - clearly influenced by the French as evidenced by their French Fries. I often notice that McDonald's employees from other branches come here to order lunch so clearly, this location is superior to others.

McD's makes thee best filet-o-fish sandwiches and French fries... For your money, it's a great deal and convenient!! Top that off with a cold soft drink and you're set to go... I also have been having those pineapple strawberry slushes lately, they're very refreshing!!! Breakfast ain't so bad either!!! Most of the time their service is really fast.
