It's a McDonald's, need I say more?
There is a drive-thru, go
thru get food, feed your-self with some over processed food that's made
to feed people with little to no interest in their food choices. The
food is mass proceeded so a teenager or someone with no education can
prepare it perfectly every time.
What did you expect, Ruth's Chris?
No.
It's McDonald's.
Stop
being elitists, about fast food, fools. 3-stars because I am sick of
these incompetent reviews about how a fast-food place operates and their
services my peers receive. Get real, lower your expectations when your
food slumming.
Dummies, get real, it's a mass corporation, be real when you review.

On the way to the March Against Hate yesterday, my friend Brian and I
realized we were starving balls. There was no particular reason we
stopped at this McDonald's other than that it was on the way. And I was
craving--simply craving--some McNuggets.
It took 20 minutes to finally get to the window. We spent that time bitching at everyone ahead of us to place their order already and move along. "It's not a complicated menu!" "You should already know what you want!" "Oh my God, what is wrong with you people?!"
And I love that once it was our turn, my friend said "Uhhh...Give me a sec." Hypocrite!
I leaned over and said in my best Mira Sorvino: "Do you have a businesswomen's special?
Employee: A what?
Me: You know, like a lunch....for businesswomen?
And right on cue Brian says:
"We're due in Tucson. You know, for a business thing."
Employee: Huh?
Me: Can we just get a No. 1 with a Diet Coke and a 10-piece nugget to go then?
OK, so we had our giggles and we were probably way more amused with that than we should have been.
The employee at the window didn't look a day over 13, and he promptly handed me a Happy Meal Diet Coke. I know I've been using a new anti-aging cream but does it look like I'm old enough to want a Happy Meal? He also couldn't seem to master the skill of putting Diet Coke in a cup. I think the machine was malfunctioning. His manager came over to help and she smiled politely.
We finally got our food and I devoured it in the car. I suppose Big Macs and McNuggets can sometimes only truly be appreciated during a massive hangover. I'm lovin' it.

So, this morning I am watching the Food Network and just as I sit down
to dig into my yummy spinach and cheese omelet Tyler Florence starts
cooking a Baked Potato Hash Brown that has my salivary glands turning
cart-wills....
The only place I could think of that I could get Hash Browns with the Pup in tow was McDonald's drive through. So, I let the pup finish my omelet and excitedly got ready to indulge in some Hash Browns!
I chose this location because it is 2 blocks from Lady Bird Lake, where I had plans for a morning run.
I pull up order and wait less than 5 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me before the 2 Hash Browns are in my hands along with 2 packets of salt and ketchup.
I drove a block away and parked in the Daughtry Arts Center parking lot and savored every bite of my Hash Browns while my pup whimpered and whined to begin the morning adventure or maybe she wanted a bite, I was no way sharing.
The Hash Browns at this location are purrfect! - hot and crunchy on the outside with a nice non-soggy texture on the inside (if you have ever had a hash brown where they did not wring out all the liquid you know what I am talking about). I sprinkled some salt on one and poured some ketchup on the other. The Hash Browns were so perfectly cooked they really only needed a little salt....
I got home and logged onto http://www.mcdonalds.com to figure out how much damage I had done to my waist line and was pleasantly surprised - the Hash Browns only pack in 150 calories! I know those 150 calories are not that healthy; but I can run them off in less than 30 minutes......
McDonald's Hash Brown welcome to my weekend morning indulgence list!

McDonald's exactly what I expect. Rude on the drivethru. Ordered 1
thing and still screw my order up. Person taking the money is talking
to the person ordering not me. Never said a word to me. A the food
pickup window the word spoke was "condiment," and away I go. Mcdonalds
always make me proud.

Well bust my buttons! Jumping jelly beans I am being attacked! Driving
out last weekend I was attacked by the Big Mac Attack fever. Big Mac
Attack, Big Mac Attack!
It has been a long time since I went to a McDonalds; I drove up to the speaker box and ordered the Big Mac meal, yep I up sized and I added two extra patties on the big Mac! Then I parked and ate it.
Well 16000 calories later the Mac Attack was over, yep I succumbed and ate it all.
As usual almost everyone has eaten at a McDonalds at some point in time if you never have, you are a great person. So no change it is the same now as it was 5 years ago, except prices may be higher and they expanded their menu to a healthier type but all the old items are still there and the quality is the same.
I will admit I get the breakfast sausage biscuit ever now and then.
Hum, I see no kiddie's playground here, that's odd. I stand corrected, a small inside playgroud is there.
Will I go back? Yes next time I get a Big Mac Attack.

This is the "I'm a broke college student" hangout. So I go through drive through and hear the crazy mess that comes out the people's mouths when placing an order. The people at the window say nothing - I can tell this is an every day occurrence for them. So I just smile and I get bigger fries :-) but this place is the same everywhere. So thing...why do people argue at the drive through...? Hasn't everyone seen Eminem spitting into someone's food is for his song "The Real Slim Shady".

This used to be my "go to" McDonalds...friendly employees and usually pretty fast and accurate. But the last two times I've been through the drive thru, I was accosted by a man asking for money. Both times I told the cashier, who had a manager go outside immediately. The restaurant staff apologized for it, but I probably won't go back to that location just based on safety issues.

Lunch today was a quickie - Since I had essentially missed breakfast - I knew if I did not not get something to eat before I went over to look at Bars - that I would not be able to concentrate and might hurry my decision or make poor choices.
So I hit the Drive-Thru. In hindsight, I probably should have parked and gone inside. The line of cars waiting in the Drive-Thru was very long. One particular order - two cars ahead of me must have sat at the window for 5 minutes before they handed them their food.
I went for the #10 - the Filet O' Fish meal with a Minute Maid Lemonade.
I note this McDonald's has a 24 hour Drive-Thru.
I wolfed that sucker down in no time!

I feel weird reviewing a McDonalds, but hey, it is what it is-- this is the fastest McDonalds I've ever been to. They had their drive through staff outside to make it move faster; the cashier held a wad of cash and the food hander-offer person had a container of condiments in her arm. I'm not sure if I happened to be there during a speed contest, but it was amazing and my order was right. I had never seen anything like it but it worked and I don't think I even stopped my car while I was there.
Like other Yelpers before me, I feel silly for reviewing a McDonald's, but this one has to have the most efficient drive-thru of any I've been to (and, seeing as I have three kids, I have been to countless McDonald's -- drive-thru dining is how we roll). Just today, I didn't even come to a complete stop in the drive-thru line. One guy took my order while walking alongside my car discouraging me from stopping, then another guy ran my credit card to the next window, and finally a lady is waving me past the pick-up window with my food in the bag. Didn't even stop. AND they have never screwed up my order. Perfect!

I got hungry after doing some Thanksgiving shopping so I stopped by Mcdonald's because it's quick, good, and cheap. After I paid, got my food, and a tray of three drinks (it was for my friends). The drinks were over filled and it was dripping and I couldn't just drive off because I had to handle the situation before it got all over my car. So after I got the drinks I was thinking hm what to do and the drive thru lady told me to hurry up because there were people waiting. Did you know what I did? I looked at my rear mirror and did you know what I saw? NOTHING! That's right. NOTHING! NO ONE! ZIP! Was it because I asked for ketchup? Did I order too many drinks? Did she not like my pretty face? DAMN! And it was the way she said it too. So rude.
But I do like the food. And it's quick. But some workers there aren't too friendly. I had someone ask for my food back because they didn't have change for a $50, someone gave me attitude when I asked for ketchup, this was the second time I was told to hurry up in the drive thru, and here is the best one...someone tried to charge me for ketchup...yup. Jaws drop? YUP!

Visit: 6/9/09 - Dinner. Had Quarter Pounder meal.
The french fries that came with my meal today were awesome. They must have just came out of the fryer and into my drive through bag.
Quarter Pounder was okay. I didn't eat it on my way home so it was not as fresh.
Love Micky D fries.
Price is always right at McDonalds.
I will come back.

I came here to grab a Mcflurry late one night and decided to go with the M&M variety. The drive through was pretty cool (equipped some type of conveyor belt away from the actual restaurant) and the service was pretty quick. My only issues were:
1. My Mcflurry was not mixed. I mean I was able to do it on my own but still come on.
2. We weren't given any napkins. I guess I should have asked though so I cant really knock this too bad.
FREE FREAKIN' WI-FI!
Wi-fi at nearby Starbucks gets slow and clumsy when da cafe is full. Wi-fi at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is limited to 1-hour increments (with da added hassle of having to ask for a card at da register dat get one code you gotta plug into your netbook/laptop).
Place was packed chock full of high school teenyboppers, college kids, and a few professionals on a Thursday night. More seating available den a coffee shop (2 levels of seating with comfy booths & tables with chairs), cheap food & beverages available to order, and place opens till 10 p.m. all days of da week.
Took my Lil' Sis here and totally bypassed Starbucks, CBTL, Border's Books & Music & all of those other places. Who would've thought Mc-ee-dee's would become da "happenin' place" to study?

So one morning last year I decided I'd like to buy some breakfast. I use the drive thru. At this particular McDonalds the first window you encounter is the order window. After I placed my order with the young girl there she pulled out a nail clipper and started cutting her nails. I was grossed out. Yes I know that she is not by the food but that wasn't the point, it was gross. Then you proceed to the payment window and then to the food window. I did file a complaint with McDonalds because I deemed that to be very unprofessional and unsanitary.
I still don't want to go in the morning because there is this one girl that works there who I don't even know, always gives me the stink eye every time I go in there. I seriously don't know what her problem is. I mean if she hates her job fine but you don't have to look at me like that.

I would give it zero stars if it were an option. The workers at the drive through are thieves! I ordered 2 meals that came to 15 dollars, but when I got to the window the lady told me it was 20, even though she told me it was 15 at the speaker thing and it showed everything i ordered and it all added up to 15. I gave her a 20 and asked for a receipt...AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK!!!! It was really late at night so I couldn't go inside because only the drive through was open. I started beeping the horn to get her to come back, I knocked on the window, and she just would come back. I mean, i know its only 5 buck that the dumb bitch stole from me, but its the principal.
This actually happened twice with different people!
I also ordered a sweet tea one time and they gave me a cup that looked like they just pulled out of the trash. There were bite marks around the brim, it looked like someone was scratching designs with their finger nail into the styrofoam and it just looked all around worn and old. I was SO disgusted!!
I'd rather starve then go back there.

This location is absolutely hit and miss. One week its great and the next time its awful... So, I am changing my review to.. Eek! Methinks not. I'm a frequent late night eater so... at 1 a.m. when no one else is in the drive-thru at my local McDonald's I figured that I would have a great experience.
My Big-Mac meal was entirely shy of being BIG. I had one slice of hamburger on my sandwich. Which couldn't even be considered a piece of meat. On top of that my sandwich was bogged down with the secret sauce- it was a complete mess. The middle bun was soggy from the excessive amounts of sauce..
My large order of fries couldn't even be considered that. It was filled only half way which is a shame...
Furthermore- service was okay (thestaff was nice..), wait time was long (10+ minutes), and the food quality was subpar (1 out of 10..for the wait time).. I know I can't expect a lot since its fast food but for the most part it would be nice if it would've been done right.
Stay away.

Sapulpa, OK

Burnt burgers and nasty toppings. I ordered just a plain meat and cheese quarterpounder and they just scraped off the toppings that they had on it and served it to me. I hate pickles because their taste is so strong. I gave up on the burger and realized that the fries had to be made from something else besides potatoes. I sear they were just hollowed out fried batter in the shape of fries. Nasty, worthless people that work there. Oh and one last thing, very rude when going through the drive through, because apparently I take too long to order when NOBODY else is in the drive through (should of taken it as a hint).

As far as fast food chains go, this is definitely in my top 10. I was hungry, and because it was a nice day, I decided to eat in my car. The drivethrough was very convenient for this purpose. Each time I wanted more food I just drove out to the highway and turned around at the next light, then on back into the parking lot for another round with the delightful and helpful staff. I ended up eating about 6 or 7 burgers, one at a time to let them hit my tummy (watching my weight, those khakis are getting tight).
My only complaint was the pickles - when I made a movement the next day they didn't exactly make for solid structure.
