New York, NY

McDonald's? 4 stars? I know.....I wouldn't normally review a fast-food chain BUT it is a guilty pleasure of mine and this McDonald's is like none other. Seriously. I missed the talking trash can that the first Yelper mentioned (will definitely have to go back for that) but this is seriously the nicest McDonald's I've ever seen. I went there on Valentine's Day for a McFlurry (because that's how my classy friends and I roll) and was amazed with the decor. It kind of reminded me of my college cafeteria (in a good way) with cozy booths and semi funky furniture. The place was super clean and a lot bigger than it looks when you walk in. To top it off their prices are a little lower than some other McDonald's in Manhattan (I'm kind of embarrassed that I even know that). If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

McLean, VA

You bet your tush I'm reviewing a McD's! Laugh it up, I'd give myself a "funny" for this one if I could. Which fast food chain has the best fries? Uh...McD's (hm...excluding Arby's curly fries, those are fun and yum.) Which fast food chain has better frozen sweet treats? McD's (yeah, put that Frosty down and grab a McFlurry!) What is more classic than a happy meal from McD's? Nothing. Of all the kids meals I've had in my adult life, none make my heart smile like a kid's meal from McDonalds. So it was a long day, I needed a burger. Specifically, a McDonald's burger. I got my one patty burger...and split a McRib...and fries...and their limited time only, Pumpkin Pie. Once I bit into my burger and felt the stress exit my body, and the fat come in. Long day, over. As for the McRib I was told I must try, I've come to the conclusion that I think I could live without. Too many onions, too little sauce. It was just weird. The pumpkin pie I bought on impulse? I could also live without. It tasted like canned pumpkin shoved into their pie crust. Of course you can get much better burgers, fries, pie, etc. elsewhere but, when it comes to fast food, you know every now and again you just can't resist getting some delicious crap from here.

Honolulu, HI

I came here to grab a Mcflurry late one night and decided to go with the M&M variety. The drive through was pretty cool (equipped some type of conveyor belt away from the actual restaurant) and the service was pretty quick. My only issues were: 1. My Mcflurry was not mixed. I mean I was able to do it on my own but still come on. 2. We weren't given any napkins. I guess I should have asked though so I cant really knock this too bad. FREE FREAKIN' WI-FI! Wi-fi at nearby Starbucks gets slow and clumsy when da cafe is full. Wi-fi at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is limited to 1-hour increments (with da added hassle of having to ask for a card at da register dat get one code you gotta plug into your netbook/laptop). Place was packed chock full of high school teenyboppers, college kids, and a few professionals on a Thursday night. More seating available den a coffee shop (2 levels of seating with comfy booths & tables with chairs), cheap food & beverages available to order, and place opens till 10 p.m. all days of da week. Took my Lil' Sis here and totally bypassed Starbucks, CBTL, Border's Books & Music & all of those other places. Who would've thought Mc-ee-dee's would become da "happenin' place" to study? Knoxville, TN

I had visions of a McFlurry. I just didn't know what kind I wanted. M&M? Butterfinger? Hmm.

It all vanished the moment I stepped into the restroom. When I had to roll up my pants, because I was afraid of letting them touch the floor. When I considered taking my toddler to another place. When there were "things better left unsaid" everywhere. Usually we depend on McDonalds for our stops. Not this one. A person even came in to ask about the condition of the restroom. I told her and trusted that she would solve the issue, only to return to see that she just emptied the trash, and left behind everything else. I would like to believe she had intentions to return. Somehow, I just don't know.

As there were individuals eating there, and I did not because I had lost my appetite, I can not rate the food. I can say that you may need to consider the food a possibility but look elsewhere to take your child to the restroom.
