No Joke, drive-thru ordered (2) double cheese burgers, no pickles (2) mcchichens. then asked for some Ranch once i had my food, Guy tells me I can only get Ranch if I buy the mcnuggets or selects. Or I could park my car go in and get it from the pump? Well me knowing all about McDonald's atleast more than this manager, They never stock Ranch in a pump (probably would go bad or something idk) So I go in -- Not Ranch pump -- me: Wheres the Ranch guy? mcmanager: Oh its there... me: Um no it's not I'm not blind. mcmanager: Okay you can pay me $1.2.. me: (cutting him off) I not paying a damn thing! your just suppose to give that out real employee: Oh sir here have some Ranch. me: THANK YOU! right when im leaving I her the manager tell the employee next time you say $1 I pull back and remind the employee he did the right thing and not to listen to his 'boss' Adding this to my boycott list, unless I need a mcflurry lol

If you love the Three Stooges come see the 11pm staff. The only thing missing is Moe which is sad since someone should be in charge.

Lunch today was a quickie - Since I had essentially missed breakfast - I knew if I did not not get something to eat before I went over to look at Bars - that I would not be able to concentrate and might hurry my decision or make poor choices. So I hit the Drive-Thru. In hindsight, I probably should have parked and gone inside. The line of cars waiting in the Drive-Thru was very long. One particular order - two cars ahead of me must have sat at the window for 5 minutes before they handed them their food. I went for the #10 - the Filet O' Fish meal with a Minute Maid Lemonade. I note this McDonald's has a 24 hour Drive-Thru. I wolfed that sucker down in no time!

Just had breakfast here right after a routine Home Depot trip... pleasantly surprised! Okay, most fastfood places serve the same food anywhere you go (be it DC or Atlanta or LA--a Big Mac is a Big Mac). This place however had ambiance! They re-furbished one side of the in-door restaurant to look more like a 'cafe', complete with leather couches and cozy booths. They also had bar-like tables and chairs in the middle of the room. Also noted a nice, well-maintained outdoor seating (crappy view of the car wash though... other than that, pretty clean). Only thing missing is a fireplace!! So... the next time you to wolf down a McGriddle, have it in a lounge-like atmosphere! (Are they all headed to this type of concept? I wonder...)

Any hope I have of experiencing childhood nostalgia at McDonald's is now completely gone thanks to the evil that are Apple Dippers. I had a coupon for a free Happy Meal, and was super excited to get my four piece Chicken McNugget meal. The coupon for the free Happy Meal advertised that all Happy Meals now come with Apple Dippers and French Fries. Fair enough, until I opened my Happy Meal bag, and discovered a sample size of fries that was smaller than the palm of my hand. What? Did McDonald's really just reduce the size of the Kids Meals fries by half? I feel sorry for all the kids these days. Here is a news flash McDonald's: If you are so concerned about children's health, you should offer grilled options like your friend Chick-Fil-A. If you are going to offer fried potatoes, I want my SMALL serving of fries, not a MINI serving. Thanks. Now I have something new to add to the "When I was your age" list that I can share with all little kidders I encounter. When I was your age, McDonald's gave me more than 5 fries.

I feel weird reviewing a McDonalds, but hey, it is what it is-- this is the fastest McDonalds I've ever been to. They had their drive through staff outside to make it move faster; the cashier held a wad of cash and the food hander-offer person had a container of condiments in her arm. I'm not sure if I happened to be there during a speed contest, but it was amazing and my order was right. I had never seen anything like it but it worked and I don't think I even stopped my car while I was there. Like other Yelpers before me, I feel silly for reviewing a McDonald's, but this one has to have the most efficient drive-thru of any I've been to (and, seeing as I have three kids, I have been to countless McDonald's -- drive-thru dining is how we roll). Just today, I didn't even come to a complete stop in the drive-thru line. One guy took my order while walking alongside my car discouraging me from stopping, then another guy ran my credit card to the next window, and finally a lady is waving me past the pick-up window with my food in the bag. Didn't even stop. AND they have never screwed up my order. Perfect!

You bet your tush I'm reviewing a McD's! Laugh it up, I'd give myself a "funny" for this one if I could. Which fast food chain has the best fries? Uh...McD's (hm...excluding Arby's curly fries, those are fun and yum.) Which fast food chain has better frozen sweet treats? McD's (yeah, put that Frosty down and grab a McFlurry!) What is more classic than a happy meal from McD's? Nothing. Of all the kids meals I've had in my adult life, none make my heart smile like a kid's meal from McDonalds. So it was a long day, I needed a burger. Specifically, a McDonald's burger. I got my one patty burger...and split a McRib...and fries...and their limited time only, Pumpkin Pie. Once I bit into my burger and felt the stress exit my body, and the fat come in. Long day, over. As for the McRib I was told I must try, I've come to the conclusion that I think I could live without. Too many onions, too little sauce. It was just weird. The pumpkin pie I bought on impulse? I could also live without. It tasted like canned pumpkin shoved into their pie crust. Of course you can get much better burgers, fries, pie, etc. elsewhere but, when it comes to fast food, you know every now and again you just can't resist getting some delicious crap from here.

So running away from the Elm Street McDonald's from up the street, I come here for breakfast. It's raining pretty hard from Hanna, I decide that I need some breakfast. Love breakfast. I have never tried the Southern Style Chicken Biscuit. So I order one with 2 hash browns and an iced tea. This location as a drive-thru. Hurray! But I walk in instead cause the line of cars was absurd. The place seems clean and has TVs. Everything seemed organized. I ordered and my food was hot and fresh. Right out of the fryer. Mmmmm...fried food! It's still pouring. I am getting out of my car at home with my bag'o food and it gets wet. What happens? The FEAST.....is ruined. The paper bag gets wet, it disintergrates and my precious food is on the wet parking lot. NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I scream "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" and start cursing. Good thing I have some plastic shopping bags in the car. I scoop up my wet food, warm to cold now and run inside. Wet, hungry, and grumpy, I open up the wrapper of the chicken biscuit. Damn it's greasy, and so are the hash browns. But can't have it any other way. I take a bit and start choking cause the biscuit was dry. WATER!!!!!! But oh man was the southern style chicken good. Nice flavor and juicy. The hash browns were good too. It was a good experience but does not justify an amazing experience. I was still bitter and salty that my bag melted away in the rain and my food fell onto the wet ground. :( Maybe a suggestion with plastic bags like what Taco Bell uses when it rains so people's feast of fast food won't be ruined when it rains like mine was today....
