Eating at McDonalds is a lot like sleeping with your ex. There is something comforting in the familiarity, it's good while it lasts, but after it's over, there is an overwhelming sense of shame and regret. This is how it is every time I bite into a double cheeseburger and with every sip of Orange Hi-C...which doesn't really taste like the fruit, but accurately tastes like the color.
